A youth and a teenager have been arrested in separate incidents in two districts - Moulvibazar and Pabna.
MOULVIBAZAR: Police arrested a youth from his house over raping a school girl in Sreemangal Upazila of the district on Wednesday night.
The arrestee is Jahangir Miah, 25, of Kamasid Village at Mirzapur Union in the upazila.
Police said, victim, aged about 14, and a class nine student of a local school, was raped several times in her room by the accused. She hid the matter to her family in fear of the accused.
Family members found her four-month pregnant after taking her to a hospital as she felt sick. After that she disclosed it.
Later on, the victim's father filed a case with Sreemangal Police Station (PS).

Aminul Islams aid, "We arrested the accused from his house following a rape case with the police station. The accused has been produced before the court."
PABNA: A teenage boy was arrested reportedly for violating a seven-year-old child in Santhia Upazila of the district recently.
The incident took place in Pipulia Village in Santhia Municipality, which led the victim's grandmother to file a rape case with Santhia PS against Siam, 11, of the same village.
According to the case statement, Siam lured the child to an empty house when the child went to take her tuition at one neighbour's house in the evening of September 13. Siam then forcibly violated the child.
Later on, police raided the village and arrested the accused recently.
Santhia PS OC Anwar Hossain confirmed the matter.
The arrestee has been sent to jail following a court order.
