I’m exhausted. I'm worn out from always being available for everyone else. I've been a sanctuary for the wounded, a refuge for others' pain, while constantly neglecting my own. I've been carrying the weight of their burdens, while mine remains unspoken and overlooked.

Perhaps it's because, at the end of the day, I have no place to rest-no one to lean on. Every time they seek my presence, it's about them-their stories, their struggles, their pain. They seem to forget that I have my own.

So don't tell me I've changed. I've just realized that I need to be there for myself, because I am all I have.
