At first his admission was managed to Alok Hospital at Mirpur. After primary treatment, he was referred to Dhaka's PG Hospital. After one month of treating, his leg could not be protected. It was removed.

About 20 days back, Imarn was released from the hospital. As he was the only earner, now his family is not running in normal system. In fact, the family has turned destitute.

Imran's father Sohrab Ali said, "My son has lost his leg due to police firing during the movement. My family has come to an end. You all has assisted in saving my son."

Imran Hossain said, "When the movement was running on July 19, I couldn't realise the situation. After my office time, I did not get any transport. So, I was walking from Mirpur-11, and after reaching Mirpur-10, I saw students moving. Suddenly I felt someone has hit my leg with a brick chip. Later on, I saw bleeding."

"Later on, I could understand that my leg has been bullet-hit. I saw few others lying after being bullet-hit. After being treated in Dhaka, I was sent home. My family is not running. Treatment has been suspended. I managed my treatment cost by taking loan. To continue my treatment, I applied to Puthia UNO, seeking assistance. I want to survive. You save me."

"So far nobody came to see me. I want the government to assist me. If not, it will be difficult to pass future time with my wife, two children and my father."

Puthia Upazila Nirbahi Officer Noor Hossain Nirjor  said, "I received a humanitarian assistance application, and I sent it to the DC office.

The present government is listing of the martyrs. Later on, this matter will be seen when the list of injured is made."
