BD Electric Vehicle and Mobility Exhibition open in city on Nov 7

The Bangladesh Electric Vehicle and Mobility Exhibition - BEVMX 2024 is scheduled to take place from November 7 to 9 at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka. 

This B2B and B2G event is organized by Savor International Limited, in association with Bangladesh Automobiles Assemblers and Manufacturers Association (BAAMA), Bangladesh Electric Mobility Association (BEMA), and  other chambers and trade bodies, says a press release. 
This exhibition is set to play a pivotal role in bringing together stakeholders and enabling them to explore the vast potential of Bangladesh's growing EV industry.

Though still in its early stages, the EV industry in Bangladesh holds immense potentials for future growth. With government support, expansion of charging infrastructure and increasing consumer awareness, Bangladesh is on the verge of embracing sustainable mobility, contributing to a greener future. 

BEVMX 2024 will showcase the latest innovations in EV technologies, including electric vehicles, charging solutions, energy storage and renewable energy integration.

Prominent global brands like Mercedes-Benz and Audi have already introduced their electric cars to Bangladeshi market. Recently, China's BYD Auto, jointly in collaboration with Bangladesh's Runner Motors, has also started marketing electric vehicles in the country. 

In addition, world famous car manufacturers like Toyota and Tata are offering both electric and hybrid vehicles in Bangladesh market. Many of these leading brands will be participating in BEVMX 2024, alongside other global tech companies leading the EV revolution.
