Deprived admin officials asked to submit pleas to ministry 

The deprived officials of the administration during the previous Awami League government's tenure (from January 9, 2009 to August 5, 2024) have been advised to submit application by September 30 this year seeking remedy citing the reasons for their deprivation.

The Public Administration Ministry on Wednesday issued a notification inviting the applications from the aggrieved officials and advised to submit their prayers to the ministry's Senior Secretary's Office drawing attention of its Additional Secretary (Appointment, Promotion and Deputation wing).

The government has already formed a five-member committee led by former Finance Secretary and Alternative Executive for Bangladesh in the World Bank Zakir Ahmed Khan to eliminate the sufferings and dispossession of the officials of the administration.
The committee has been given responsibility to scrutinize the applications, find out the reasons for deprivation and recommend the government about its next course of actions.
