Doctor electrocuted in Mymensingh

A doctor died from electrocution while charging a mobile phone in Mymensingh city on Friday.

Dead Tariqul Alam Noman, 42, was an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedics at Mymensingh Medical College Hospital.
Mymensingh Medical College Police sub-inspector Shafiq Uddin said Tariqul Alam Noman returned home after an operation around midnight. It seemed that after leaving the hospital, he came in contact with an electric wire while he was connecting mobile phone charger at his home, leaving him injured.

Family members rescued him and took to the hospital but he died before being taken to there.
