Man killed in Naogaon road accident

A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a motorcycle while crossing the road at Porsha upazila in Naogaon district on Sunday morning. 

The accident occurred at Zalua intersection on the Soraigasi-Adda road in the upazila. 

The deceased was identified as Saifuddin Mintu, 55, a resident of the area. 

It was learnt that a motorcycle hit Saifuddin in the area while he was crossing the road, leaving hin critically injured.

Later, he died on the way to hospital. 

Shahin Reza, officer-in-charge of Porsha Police Station, confirmed the matter.
