Ex-AL MP Mostafizur Fizar passes away

Former AL MP Mostafizur Rahman Fizar, 70, who won 8 consecutive times in Dinajpur-5 (Parvatipur-Phulbari) constituency has passed away on Sunday. 

He died while undergoing treatment at LabAid Hospital in the capital around 8:00pm. He had been suffering from cancer for several months. 

The news of his death was confirmed by Parbatipur Upazila Awami League President Hafizul Islam Pramanik.

Mostafizur Rahman Fizar's home is in Jamgram of Phulbari Upazila. He is the eldest son of Mubarak Ali and Shaheda Khatun.
