New Islamic party launched

A political party called Bangladesh Islami Dal (BID) made its debut appearance at a city hotel on Sunday.

Leaders of BID announced a 101-member committee, including party Ameer Dr Abdullah Al Nasser and Secretary General Alhaj¦ Mufti Nazrul Islam. 

Under the chairmanship of Abdullah Al Nasser a countrywide representative meeting was held at a city hotel.  
The meeting also declared Alhaj Abdul Baten as Senior Naib Amir and Hafez Maulana Kamruzzaman as Assistant Amir.

Abdullah Al Nasser said that the leaders of Bangladesh Islami Dal will soon visit 64 districts and 495 upazilas and will form ward level committees in 64 districts and 495 upazilas of the country.
