ILFSL holds 28th Annual General Meeting

International Leasing and Financial Services Ltd (ILFSL) organizes  its 28th annual general meeting Through Hybrid System in combination of both online and physical presence at Sena Convention Hall, SKS Tower, Mohakhali, Dhaka on Monday, says a press release. 

The board of directors recommended zero percent dividend for the year that ended on December 31, 2023.
The shareholders whose names were appeared in the register of members of the company or in the depository register on the record date joined the AGM and entitled to receive the dividends as mentioned above.

The meeting also approved the audited financial statements of the organisation along with the reports of the auditors' and the directors for the year 2023.

The High Court Division of the Supreme Court appointed Company Chairman Md Nazrul Islam Khan and Independent Director Brigadier General (Rtd.) Meftaul Karim were virtually attended at the meeting.

Syed Abu Nasser Bukhtear Ahmed, Independent Director of International Leasing and Financial Services Limited, presided over the meeting.

Independent Directors of the company--MdShafiqul Islam, Learned Senior District and Sessions Judge (Retd), Barrister Muhammad Ashraf Ali  andMdEnamul Hasan, FCAwere also present at the meeting.

Among others, KaziAlamgir, Managing Director, MdMashiur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director, Md Abu BakarSiddik, FCA, VP and Chief Financial Officer, and Asaduzzaman, company secretary (current charge) and all the executives were present the meeting.
 
Managing director KaziAlamgir said, "Though our company's capital restructuring plan is under process, we are trying restore regular operations. The company's net operating cash flow has increased. And Net Loss has gradually decreased since 2020 and also in the year of 2023 from the year of 2022." 
 
"It is noted here that the value per share increased by 21.02 percent in the year of 2022 compared to the year of 2021 and in secondary market 8.17 percent increases in the year of 2023 compared to the year of 2022," he added. 

The Board of Directors are quite hopeful to recover money laundered by PK Halder and his associates under the new impartial Government and return those to our valued depositors and lenders.
