BRTA, BIWTC get new chairmen

Director General of the Department of Printing and Publications Md Yeasin has been made the new chairman of Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).

The Public Administration Ministry issued a notification in this regard on Monday.

Besides, current chairman of BRTA Goutam Chandra Pal has been made 'Officer of Special Duty (OSD).
Meanwhile, Additional Secretary of the Shipping Ministry Sanjay Kumar Banik has been appointed as the new chairman of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation (BIWTC).

Besides, Additional secretary of Rural Development and Co-operatives Division Ashraf Uddin Ahmmed Khan was made the chairman of Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC).

The Public Administration Ministry issued separate notifications in this regard on Monday.    —UNB
