Set up disaster management centre

Dear Sir 

We know that Bangladesh was the most disaster-risk country many years ago. In 2024, the flood provided the deepest message and experience to us. During the response period, social media like Facebook played a pivotal role in engaging the communities. We spread our helping hand as relief for affected people. 

But we are a failure in terms of management and relief distribution. The reason is that affected people's data is not able to build a proper database. That's why the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) should establish a disaster management centre under the line ministry. All reliefs that are given from civil society, the private sector, and others should be stored at the national centre. From the centre, the ministry will communicate with field administration for data and as per data, relief and other supports should be provided. Then, well management and proper distribution must be ensured.
So, I cordially urge to Chief Advisor, and relevant ministries to implement my strategy.
