Observer journo’s motorcycle torched at Daudkandi

 
DAUDKANDI, CUMILLA, Oct 7: The motorcycle of Kamrul Haque Chowdhury, Daudkandi Upazila correspondent of The Daily Observer, was torched by a miscreant on Sunday night.

Kamrul Haque Chowdhury said that an unidentified man set fire to his motorbike parked on the ground floor at his residence in Shahidnagar area at around 10:15 pm.
Daudkandi Fire Service Station Officer Ershad Hossain said that locals doused the fire of the motorbike before firefighters reached the scene.

Officer-in-Charge of Daudkandi Police Station Md Junayet Chowdhury confirmed the incident, adding that necessary steps would be taken in this connection.
