The second clash of the three-match T20i series between Bangladesh and India will take place today at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. With India leading 1-0, they are eager to secure the series winning today, while Bangladesh are determined to level the series.

The match is scheduled to start at 7:30 PM (BST).

Bangladesh struggled in all departments during the series opener, with only Mehidy Hasan Miraz and skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto managing to reach the 30-run mark. The opening combination remains a concern as both Liton Das and Parvez Emon failed to make an impact. It wouldn't be surprising if Bangladesh opts for Miraz as a makeshift opener alongside Liton, possibly bringing in off spinning all-rounder Sheikh Mahedi Hasan to strengthen both the batting and spin options.

Shanto, Tawhid Hridoy and Mahmudullah will need to step up with responsible knocks, while Jaker Ali must deliver in the finisher's role.

Bangladesh are likely to reshuffle their bowling attack, with Taskin Ahmed and Shoriful Islam possibly being replaced by right-arm pacer Tanzim Sakib and left-arm spinner Rakibul Hasan.

India on the other hand, may drop Mayank Yadav to make room for Ravi Bishnoi. The rest of the squad is expected to remain unchanged, with Abhishek Sharma and Sanju Samson providing a strong start in the previous match followed by captain Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, and Nitish Kumar Reddy completing the job. Riyan Parag and Rinku Singh have yet to be tested in the series. Arshdeep Singh and Washington Sundar were also effective with the ball.

The weather forecast predicts a sunny day, allowing for uninterrupted play. The pitch at the Arun Jaitley Stadium is a known batting paradise, with considerable assistance for spinners. So, making the toss crucial as teams will likely choose to bat first and set a challenging total.
