One dies from electrocution in Nilphamari

A man died from electrocution in Nilphamari Sadar Upazila on Thursday afternoon.

The dead was Hasanur Rahman, 45, a resident of Jamatipara under Etakhola Union of the upazila.

According to locals, the man came in contact with an electric wire while he was working at his house in the afternoon, leaving him injured.

He was rushed to Nilphamari Sadar Hospital where he was declared dead.
