NATORE, Oct 13: Surgical treatment instruments worth Tk 30 lakh were recovered by police of Sadar Police Station (PS) of the district on Friday night, and five persons were arrested in this connection.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Md Marufat Hossain confirmed this information to local journalists in a press conference in his office room on Saturday.
The arrested persons are: Md Sabbir Hossain, 30, of Kathalbaria Village in Puthia PS, Rajshahi, Ashraful Islam, 36, of Baroipara Village, Mehidi Hassan, 23,of Natun Gaopara Village, Ruhul Amin, 31, of the same village and Quosar Ali, 25, of Matiapara Village in Natore Sadar PS.
