New body of Dighinala Cooperative formed

DIGHINALA, KHAGRACHHARI, Oct 14: Journalist Md Sohel Rana was elected new president of Dighinala Upazila Central Cooperative Society Ltd on Saturday.

In the last 12th October election, President Md Sohel Rana, Vice-President Suman Nath and four other members were elected unopposed.

Dighinala Central Cooperative Society and BRDB organized a farewell ceremony for the current management committee members and a welcome ceremony for the newly elected management committee members on Monday morning. 
A discussion meeting was held under the chairmanship of outgoing president Md Mustafa Kamal. Upazila Rural Development Officer Shyamal Mitra Chakma moderated the programme.
