Prime Bank has signed an agreement with MetLife Bangladesh to offer its employees and their dependents comprehensive life and medical insurance coverage.
This partnership will ensure that more than 9,600 Prime Bank employees and dependents are protected against medical expenses, accidents, disabilities, and loss of life, says a press release.
Insurance coverage for employees and dependents plays a critical role in fostering a sense of security and loyalty among the workforce. Providing insurance protection mitigates the financial burden on people and their families in times of crisis and highlights an organization's commitment to the wellbeing of its team.
Prime Bank has selected MetLife as its insurance provider due to MetLife's consistent track record of claims settlement, customized solutions, and financial strength, which allows it to pay claims faster and without hassle.
The agreement was recently signed in a ceremony attended by senior officials from both organizations, including Hassan O. Rashid, Managing Director and CEO of Prime Bank, and Ala Ahmad, Chief Executive Officer of MetLife Bangladesh.
"At Prime Bank, we have always been committed to the well-being of our employees. Building on this commitment, our new partnership with MetLife Bangladesh ensures that our employees and their families will continue to feel secure and supported throughout their journey with the Bank." commented Hassan O. Rashid, Managing Director and CEO of Prime Bank.
"Prime Bank's approach to employee care is truly commendable, and it shows that when an organization takes care of its employees, it succeeds. This partnership is part of our ongoing commitment to support organizations in creating a secure and resilient future for their employees," said Ala Ahmad, Chief Executive Officer of MetLife Bangladesh.
