A controversy has recently arisen over Sheikh Hasina's resignation letter. In this regard, columnist and political analyst Farhad Mazhar posted two statuses on his facebook where he said, Sheikh Hasina's resignation letter is very important.
However, if we could not find it alternative measures should be taken on the basis of student-public-soldier alliance.
He said, "In the name of resignation letter of Hasina, interim government took oath from President Muhammad Shahabuddin Chuppu under the Constitution. If Hasina was ousted then why the interim government took oath under the constitution?"
Farhad Mazhar demanded to know why the interim government was made subservient to Chuppu?, who is responsible for this?
He questioned, why Awami fascists are being rehabilitated in various important positions of the state? As a result of this the fascist force is rising rapidly. The geopolitical equation has shifted against the people of Bangladesh,"
"Stop the process of thwarting the popular uprising," he said.
"Let's find a solution instead of hypocrisy. We stand united and accept the reality to prepare the people for the coming fight. There is no trickery in populist politics," said Farhad Mazhar.
He said, "Our victory will depend on being transparent and clean to the people. Let us quickly get organised on the basis of student-mass-soldier alliance to lead the mass uprising to complete victory.
"People of Bangladesh will not bow to fascist forces and their proxies," said Farhad Mazhar.
In the status, he wrote, "We've said from the beginning that taking oath from Chuppu under the constitution was a suicidal decision. But you have formed an advisory council supported by the army."
He said, "Many of you have claimed that the train has been missed, nothing can be done now. That's not right either. Of course there are solutions, we have to find out."
