Bayer CropScience opens relocated office at Uttara

Ambassador of Germany to Bangladesh Achim Troster inaugurated the relocated office of Bayer CropScience Ltd at Uttara in Dhaka on Sunday.

The ambassador along with representative from other German companies located in Dhaka, opened the relocated office at Update Tower, Plot-1, Shahjalal Avenue, Sector-6, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka, says a press release.

The event commenced began with a warm welcome from Zahidul Islam, Managing Director of Bayer CropScience Ltd, Bangladesh. In his address, he reflected on the rich history of Bayer in the country, emphasizing reaffirming the company's dedication commitment to supporting local farmers and the agricultural sector. 

"Bayer CropScience has been a dedicated partner to Bangladeshi farmers for many years, delivering innovative solutions that improve crop yields and promote sustainability. Our new office represents not just a change of location, but a renewed commitment to our mission of advancing agriculture in Bangladesh"," said Zahidul Islam.

Ambassador Achim Troster also spoke at the event took the stage to sharinge his insights on the agricultural landscape in Bangladesh. 

He interacted with Bayer personnel and engaged in discussions about the role of agriculture in ensuring food security and economic stabilityresilience, underscoring . 

His presence also highlighted the strong ties between Germany and Bangladesh, particularly in the fields of technology and sustainable development.

The participation presence of members representatives from the other German companies reinforced highlighted the importance of international collaboration in addressing the challenges faced by the agricultural sector. 

They expressed their enthusiasm for Bayer's initiatives and their support for the company's efforts to foster agricultural innovation.
