Human chain in Meherpur demands removal of PP

MEHERPUR, Nov 23: District branch of international human organization  Bangladesh Tattha & Human Rights  Foundation organized  a human chain  programme on Thursday in the town, demanding removal of Mostafizur Rahman alias Tuhin Aranya, the prime accused in woman scandal at Hotel Atlantica, from the post of Public Prosecutor of the Women and Children's Repression Prevention Tribunal and President of the Managing Committee of Meherpur Sohiuddin Degree College.

They staged the programme on the premises of the Deputy Commissioner's office. They announced a larger movement if he is not withdrawn.
