The authorities of Dhaka College closed the institutions for Monday to avert any untoward situation.
A notice, signed by its principal Prof AKM Iliyas, confirmed this on Sunday night.
The college administration will not take responsibility if any student of Dhaka College participates in any kind of program anywhere on Monday or involve any activities against law and order. Therefore, all students are requested not to take part in any outside program. Otherwise, administrative action will be taken against those involved, the notice said.
Earlier a written notice by the principal said, "Due to unavoidable reasons, all classes at Dhaka College have been suspended on November 25th."
The students of Govt Shaheed Suhrawardy College and Kabi Nazrul Govt College announced 'Mega Monday' programme after attack and valdalism incidents on Sunday.
Considering the situation, Dhaka College authorities suspended all classes for Monday.
