Taking preparation to join rally in Dhaka: 7 vehicles seized, 11 detained

Three large passenger buses and four microbus, carrying around three hundred people, were seized by police and army personnel on Sunday night in Laxmipur's Kamalnagar upazila while taking preparation heading towards Dhaka to join a rally.

Later from the scene, police detained 11 people for quizzing.

Sensing the incident at night, local residents surrounded them when they were boarding on the seven vehicles and informed police and army.
Kamalnagar Police Station OC Touhidul Islam confirmed this at 10AM on Monday.
The poor people have been promised to give each interest-free loan Tk 1 lakh to 1 crore if gather at Shahbagh, local people informed. An organisation named 'Nonviolent Mass Uprising Bangladesh' lured people from different areas of Laxmipur saying this.

One of the Dhaka Express bus driver Md Sohel said two people--Alamgir and Siraj--book this buses. But when local residents surrouned the vehicles, both fled the scene.
The passengers, including women and men, of the buses informed the police and army personnel that a gang inspired them to join a rally at Shahbagh or Sohrawardi Udyan on Monday (November 25). They took Tk 1,000 from each persons of the buses and given them token as proof. All token holders will be given interest-free loans from Tk 1 lakh to 1 crore.
