Land official killed in Patuakhali road accident

The deceased was identified as Golam Maula Manik, an officer of land office.
It was learnt that a bus of Ena Paribohon, coming from Kuakata, collided head-on with the motorcycle in the area while Manik was on his way to his workplace in the Noyakata area, leaving Manik critically injured.

He was later rescued and taken to Patuakhali Medical College Hospital, where the on-duty doctors declared him dead.

Imtiaz Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Patuakhali Sadar Police Station, confirmed the matter.
