10 dengue patients die, 990 hospitalised in last 24 hrs

Ten dengue patients died while 990 were admitted to different hospitals in the country during the past 24 hours till this morning.

"During the period, 81 dengue patients were hospitalised in Barishal division, 103 in Chattogram, 234 in Dhaka division, 183 in Dhaka North city while 143 in Dhaka South, 146 in Khulna, 59 in Rajshahi, 38 in Mymensingh, one in Sylhet and two were admitted to different hospitals in Rangpur division," said a press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).    —BSS
