Bangladesh Army 4th Bengal Regiment in Khagrachhari's Dighinala upazila, known as "The Baby Tigers," provided educational materials to underprivileged students and financial assistance to economically disadvantaged individuals on Sunday.
The event took place at Dighinala Zone headquarters, under the authority of 203rd Infantry Brigade of Khagrachhari. Lieutenant Colonel Omar Faruk, PSC, the commanding officer of the Dighinala Army Zone, at around 11:00 AM on Sunday.
The aid recipients included three students from the Dighinala Government College, studying in the 11th and 12th grades, four other students from the upazila for their study expenses and six poor and disabled individuals who received financial assistance.
Among the notable attendees were Major Mohammad Mehedi Hasan, PSC, the Deputy Commander of Dighinala Army Zone, Captain Kazi Asif Ahmed, the Zone Adjutant, Captain Rakibul Islam Roni, the Army Medical Officer (RMO), and Honorary Lieutenant (SM) Abdul Mannan.
