Thailand to launch e-visas for Bangladeshis Dec 19

The government of Thailand will launch e-visa facilities for Bangladeshi official passport holders on December 19 and general passport holders from January 2 next year.

The Thai Embassy in Dhaka revealed the information on Monday (December 16).

According to the Thai embassy, general passport holders can complete their visa applications online, and the applicant will get e-visas through e-mail within 10 days of submission.

Meanwhile, the embassy also announced that Thailand will close its visa centre in Dhaka permanently from December 24. It is mentionable that Thailand launched e-visa facilities at its 69 Embassies across the world.
