Tk 2cr smuggled goods seized at Bijoynagar

BIJOYNAGAR, BRAHMANBARIA, Dec 16: Members of Sarail Battalion (25 BGB) of Cumilla Sector seized illegal smuggled goods of Taka 2 crore and 10 thousand from Bijoynagar Upazila in the district on Sunday at 1pm.

On a tip-off, the BGB patrol team conducted an operation in Chandura Bypass area in the upazila. But smugglers fled after realising their presence.
