The company officially launched its new website, www.troubleshoot.com.bd, and Android app yesterday (December 15) at an event held at the Empyrean Hotel in the capital, says a press release.
Troubleshoot Limited is an on-demand IT service marketplace offering a wide range of services on a single platform, including hardware solutions, networking, software development, cloud services, security systems, web development, digital marketing, and event management. The company's slogan is: "Troubleshoot is on, problem is gone."
The launch event was graced by the presence of Troubleshoot Limited's Chairman, Md. Abdul Hakim, and CFO, Mithun Chandra Dey.
Additionally, the company's CEO, Hamza Bin Hakim, joined the event virtually from the United States. During their speeches, the speakers highlighted how this platform aims to bring a revolutionary change to tech services. They particularly emphasized its potential to create new opportunities for freelancers and small entrepreneurs by leveraging their skills.
Chairman Md. Abdul Hakim stated, "Our goal is to make tech services accessible and create new work opportunities for young talent and small businesses across the country."
