Rallies, processions banned at Uttara, Turag

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has imposed an indefinite a ban on all forms of rallies, processions, demonstrations and gatherings at Kamarpur, Abdullahpur, Uttara Sector-10 and adjacent areas along the southern and western banks of the Turag River.

The restriction will remain in force until further notice.

DMP Commissioner Sheikh Md Sajjat Ali confirmed this.
