Islamic Foundation gets new DG 

Abdus Salam Khan, the District and Session Judge of the Khulna Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal, has been appointed as Director General of the Islamic Foundation on deputation.

He will replace its existing Director General Md. Saiful Islam, an additional secretary of the Religious Affairs Ministry, who is on additional charge.

The Public Administration Ministry on Wednesday issued a notification in this regards.
Besides, Advocate Ehsanul Haque Samaji, who has been serving as the public prosecutor of the Dhaka Metropolitan Court, has been appointed as 'Special Prosecutorial Adviser' of the Home Ministry on contract for one year. The Public Administration Ministry has issued another notification in this regards.
