1817 cases filed in Dhaka over traffic law violations on Dec 18

The Traffic Division of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has filed 1,817 cases against violators of traffic laws after conducting raids in various parts in the capital.

Additionally, 41 vehicles were dumped and 25 vehicles were towed away during the drive.

The drive was conducted by the DMP's Traffic Division, said DC (media) of DMP Talebur Rahman.

The DMP has announced that such operations will continue to ensure traffic discipline across Dhaka metropolitan areas.
