Justice Md Rezaul Haque becomes vacation judge

Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed has nominated Justice Md Rezaul Haque to dispose of the urgent matters related to the cases of the Appellate Division during the upcoming vacation of the Supreme Court from December 19 to January 1.

A notification was issued in this regard on Thursday stating that the order has been issued in the public interest.

He will hold hearings in the Chamber Court on December 19, 22, 24, 26, 29 and 31 at 11AM in person to resolve urgent matters related to the case.
