MJL BD approves 52pc cash dividend at 26th AGM

 
 
The shareholders approved 52 per cent cash dividend at the 26th Annual General Meeting of MJL Bangladesh PLC (MJLBPLC) held virtually on Thursday, says a press release. 

Presided over by MJLBPLC Chairman Abdul-Muyeed Chowdhury, the AGM was also attended by MJLBPLC Managing Director Azam J Chowdhury, Director and Audit Committee Member Tanjil Chowdhury; Directors of MJLBPLC Dr. M. Tamim, Mustafa Qudrat-I-Elahi and Independent Director G M Kurshid Alam attended the meeting.
Chief Executive Officer, Head of Finance and Planning, Company Secretary and Shareholders of MJLBPLC.
