2 held with Yaba tablets in Khulna

Police arrested two drug peddlers along with 37 pieces of Yaba tablets in Koyra Upazila in Khulna district on Saturday night.

They were arrested from Chand Ali bridge in the upazila.

The arrested men are Abu Sufian, 24, a resident of Masjidkur village in the upazila, and Abu Hanif, 30, a resident of Moharajpur village in the upazila.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of the police conducted a raid in the area and arrested the duo with the drugs, said GM Emdadul Haque, officer-in-charge of Koyra Police Station.
