584 bottles of Phensedyl seized in B'baria

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) recovered 584 bottles of Phensedyl from Bijoynagar upazilla in Brahmanbaria district early Sunday.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of the force conducted a raid in Laxmipur area under Paharpur union in in the upazila at around 1:00am. Sensing the presence of BGB, the smugglers fled, leaving the Phensedyl behind..

The estimate value of the drug is around Tk 2,33,600.

The information was given through a press release by BGB-25.
