Police committed to serving citizens: Addl DMP chief

Additional Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Hasan Md. Shawkat Ali on Sunday said police is committed to serving people by standing beside them for building Bangladesh as per the dream of the people.  

"Police is committed to serving the citizens. We only want citizens by our side. The police will work with you to build Bangladesh of your dreams, and will be on your service," he said. The additional commissioner (logistics, finance and procurement) made this remark at a view-exchange meeting organized by police, students, public and citizens at the Ward No. 4 Community Centre in Kafrul police station,  said a DMP press release.
