Tablighi Jamaat has announced an indefinite sit-in from Thursday (December 26) at Kakrail area demanding arrest of those involved in the murder of three devotees on Ijtema ground and also ban on Saad faction.

At a press briefing at Kakrail mosque on Tuesday, Majlis-e-Shura member Mufti Kefayetulah announced the programme.

He said, around 5,000 people were injured in December 1, 2018, after the followers of Moulana Saad Kandhalvi attacked them in the same way. Now, it is clear that Saad faction is not Tablighi.
"Saad faction will have to be banned. Those involved in the attack incident on December 17 and in 2018, will be brought to book,' Mufti Kefayetulah said.
