Listed terrorist 'Killer Liton' held in city

Police arrested a listed terrorist from Baroikhala area in the capital on Wednesday night.

The arrested man is Md Liton Hawladar alias “Killer Liton”, hailed from Barishal district. He is accused of 14 cases with different police stations and is a listed terrorist with the Police Headquarters and Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP).

Acting on a tip-off, a team of the police conducted a raid in the area at around 12:30am and arrested him.

Legal procedures are under process in this regard.
