2 AL leaders held in Nilphamari

Police arrested two leaders of the Awami League from Dimla upazila in Nilphamari district on Sunday morning.

They were arrested from their respective houses in the morning.

The arrested men are Md Rezaul Haque, senior vice-president of the Chapani Union Awali League unit, and Tarek Bin Haque, joint convener of the Chapani Union Juba League.

Fazle Elahi, officer-in-charge of Dimla Police Station, confirmed the matter.
