Temperature drops to 9 degrees Celsius in Panchagarh

The temperature recorded in Panchagarh's Tentulia was 9.8 degrees Celsius at 6 am on Monday.

The temperature recorded in the district was 12.9 degrees Celsius at 9 am on Sunday.

Tentulia First Class Meteorological Office assistant officer-in-charge Jitendra Nath Roy confirmed the matter.

According to Meteorological Office, when the temperature is recorded below 8 to 10 degrees, it is considered a mild cold wave. Accordingly, Panchagarh has been gripped by a mild cold wave.
