Two held with Yaba tablets in Ctg

Police arrested two drug peddlers along with 3,900 pieces Yaba tablets from Baroyarhat area on the Chattogram-Dhaka highway under Mirsari upazila in Chittagong district early Tuesday.

The arrested men are  micro driver Ariful Islam, 28, and his assistant Md Jaber alias Rana, 26, hailed from Cox's Bazar district. 
At that time, police also seized the microbus.

Based on a secret information, police conducted the raid at around 12:30 and arrested the duo with the drugs. 

A case has been filed with Zorergonj Police Station, and they arrests were sent to the court, the police officials said.
