Best Holdings recommends 10 per cent cash dividend

Best Holdings Ltd recommended 10 per cent cash dividend for general shareholders (excluding Sponsors) by the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024 at  the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at Baridhara DOHS Convention Centre, Dhaka on Monday, says a press release. 
 
The AGMT was presided over by the company's Chairman, Amin Ahmad, in the presence of a significant number of respected shareholders. He thanked the shareholders for their continued support since the first day of listing on the capital market.
Managing Director of Best Holdings Limited, Hasan Ahmad, other members of the Board of Directors, Company Secretary Abul Kalam Azad and senior officials of the company were also present at the Meeting.

The meeting was conducted by Company Secretary Abul Kalam Azad and the company's Managing Director Hasan Ahmad delivered the welcome speech. He thanked the Board of Directors of Best Holdings and the esteemed shareholders at the meeting.

Hasan Ahmad, Managing Director of Best Holdings Ltd. said that," Best Holdings Limited is an asset-based company. The listing of the company on the country's capital market was not only a significant milestone for the company, but also a significant achievement for our esteemed shareholders."

Hasan also said "I am confident that our best times await. Both you will continue to cooperate from your respective positions."

Best Holdings Ltd. Chairman Amin Ahmad announced the end of the meeting through a directional speech.
