Sarjis praises role of Shibir during July uprising

 
Sarjis Alam, chief organiser of Jatiya Nagorik Committee and coordinator of Anti-Discrimination Student Movement (ADSM), on Tuesday said that Islami Chhatra Shibir played a vital role during the July Uprising that led to the fall of Sheikh Hasina's Awami League government.

Addressing the central conference of Islami Chhatra Shibir, student wing of Jamaat-e-Islami, at the Suhrawardy Udyan, Sarjis said that the Shibir activists were present on the Streets, gave advice and acted like co-fighters during the July uprising, led by ADSM. 
We got that Shibir activists from the beginning of the July movement. "Truth can not be suppressed" he added disclosing the active role of Chhatra Shibir in the July uprising.

Jammat Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman was the chief guest at the Shibir conference.
