Tourists flock to Kuakata to see new sun

Thousands of tourists have flocked to Kuakata sea beach in Patuakhali to enjoy the new sun of the new year.

Tourists started arriving at the beach from Tuesday (December 31) morning.
They gathered at Char Gangamati, Gangamati, Jhauban and Zero Point on the beach to watch the new sunrise on Wednesday morning.

However, despite not being able to enjoy the sunrise due to thick clouds and fog, tourists are fascinated by the small waves crashing on the beach and the natural beauty.

The number of tourists has increased in Kuakata to welcome the new year. Most hotels and motels are booked. Sales have increased in tourism-related businesses. Police are active for the safety of tourists.
