46th founding anniversary of JCD celebrated in districts

Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Chatradal (JCD) celebrated its 46th founding anniversary on Wednesday across the country in a befitting manner.

To mark the Day, different programmes were organized in districts including Joypurhat, Pirojpur, Gopalganj and Rangamati.

JOYPURHAT: Different programmes were organized in the district on the occasion of the Day.

Joypurhat Town JCD brought out a colourful rally at around 2 pm from the Circuit House premises. The rally led by Town JCD Convenor AKM Golam Mahfuz Shuvo ended at Panchu intersection after parading the main streets of the town. 

Later on, a discussion meeting was held at Panchu intersection. 

Joint Convenor of District BNP MA Wahab, Town BNP Convenor Matiur Rahman, former convenor of District JCD ATM Shahnewaz Kabir Shuvo, Senior Joint Convenor of District Tantidal Delwar Hossain, former joint convenors of District Juba Dal Shariful Islam and Juwel, Members Tareq Ibne Feroz and Taufiq, and District JCD leaders Nayeem, Kanak, Fardin, Sweet, Sakib, Arif and Habib, among others, were also present at the programme.

PIROJPUR: In this connection, different programmes were organized in the district. 

The Day's programme began with hoisting of the national and the party flags on the party office premises in the town in the morning. 

Then, a rally was brought out from the part office premises, and it ended on the Town Club premises after parading the main streets of the town. 

After the rally, a free medical camp and blood donation programme was organized on the Town Club premises. 
District BNP Convenor Principal Alamigir Hossain inaugurated the programme.

District BNP Joint Convenor Sheikh Riajuddin Rana, its Member Secretary Gazi Wahiduzzmaan Lavlu and Senior Member Advocate Abul Kalam Akon, and Dr Arifur Rahman of Pirojpur Sadar Hospital and Dr Mahbuba Ferdous Mithun of Diabetic Hospital, among others, were also present there. 
 
GOPALGANJ: To mark the Day, Muksudpur Upazila JCD brought out a colourful rally from Sonali Bank intersection in the morning. 
The rally ended at Muksudpur College intersection after parading the main streets of the upazila town.

Later on, a discussion meeting was held there. 

Muksudpur Upazila BNP President Abdus Salam Khan spoke as the chief guest while Upazila JCD President Habibur Rahman presided over the meeting.

Upazila BNP General Secretary (GS) Tariqul Islam Raju, Muksudpur Municipality BNP President Abul Bashar Biswas, and its GS Mahiuddin Ahmed Mintu Sharif, among others, were also present at the programme moderated by Upazila JCD GS Jobayer Matubbar.

RANGAMATI: On this occasion, District JCD brought out a rally from Rangamat Municipality premises in the morning.

The rally ended on the District BNP office premises after parading the main streets of the town. 

Later on, a discussion meeting was held at District BNP office.

District BNP President Dipan Talukder Dip was present as the chief guest while District JCD President Faruq Ahmed Sabbir presided over the meeting.
 
Vice-President of District BNP Saiful Islam Panir, its GS Mamunur Rashid Mamun and Organizing Secretary Md Saiful Islam Shakil, among others, were also present at the programme.
