Youth Festival begins at Ramgarh

RAMGARH, KHAGRACHHARI, Jan 1: With the aim of building a new Bangladesh, the 'Festival of Youth-2025' began in Ramgarh Upazila of the district on Wednesday with the slogan 'Change the Country, Change the World'.

On this occasion, a meeting was organized in the municipality conference room, where Ramgarh Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Mamata Afrin said that with the aim of building a new Bangladesh in the spirit of the July-August Revolution, all government departments will present their respective work plans in the Youth Festival to be held at Ramgarh Upazila level like the rest of the country from December 30 to February 19. Representatives of all government departments, cultural workers and students will participate.

Earlier, a colourful rally led by the UNO was brought out which circled the main streets of the town.

Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Ismat Jahan Tuhin, Officer-in-Charge of Ramgarh Police Station Mohammad Moin Uddin, District BNP Vice-President Hafez Ahmed Bhuiyan, heads of various government departments, teachers, student representatives, cultural workers, and students from various schools took part in it.
