Farhad, Mohiuddin new DU Shibir president, secy

SM Farhad and Mohiuddin Khan have been elected as president and general secretary of the Dhaka University unit of Islami Chhatra Shibir respectively for the 2025 session.

Besides, Kazi Ashik has become the organizational secretary of Shibir, a student wing of Jamaat-e- Islmai.

The new leadership was elected during a member conference held at the Shaheed Mahbubur Rahman Auditorium around 9PM on Thursday (January 2), said a release.

Members of the Central Executive Council, led by central president Zahidul Islam, were present at the event. The programme was hosted by Central Literary Secretary of Chhatra Shibir, Sibgatullah.
