90 Bangladeshi sailors, fishermen return after detention in India

A total of 90 Bangladeshi sailors and fishermen have returned home after detention in India.

They arrived at the 15 no ghat of Patenga in Chittagong at 9AM and, later, handed over to their families.

Additionally, the two fishing vessels, 'FV Laila-2' and 'FV Meghna-5', were handed over to their respective owners.
The fishermen were detained on December 9 while fishing in Bangladeshi waters. The Indian Coast Guard seized two fishing trawlers and took them to Paradip, Odisha.
