Court orders to crock properties of ex-Padma Bank chairman, family

A court in Dhaka has ordered the authorities concerned to crock the properties of former Padma Bank Ltd chairman Chowdhury Nafis Sharafat, his wife and his son.

Earlier on Tuesday morning, the anti-graft body submitted a prayer in this regard. After that, Dhaka senior special Judge Md Jakir Hossain passed this order.

Besides flats, the judge also ordered to seize the lands, houses and plots in the name of Nafiz and his wife Anjuman Ara Shahid.
